Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for detecting H2O2. According to the method, a diacetylene monomer is assembled into a vesica, and the H2O2 is utilized to initialize the diacetylene monomer in the vesica to polymerize to generate an optical signal which is applied to detection on the H2O2. To improve the detection sensitivity and the detection efficiency, horse radish peroxidase is added to assist in catalysis. When the optical signal is detected by an ultraviolet spectrophotometer, the detection line of the H2O2 can be 80*10m. The method has the advantages of rapid response, high sensitivity, high reproducibility, simplicity in operation, and environmental protection in process. |
