Preparation method of granular adsorbent for removing antibiotics in water, prepared adsorbent and application thereof

The invention relates to a preparation method of a granular adsorbent for removing antibiotics in water, a prepared adsorbent and application thereof. The method comprises the steps of 1, washing, baking, crushing and screening a biomass material to obtain biomass powder; 2, mixing the biomass powder with an embedding medium, evenly agitating to obtain a mixture; 3, adding the mixture to a hardening agent, intermittently agitating, carrying out crosslinking, filtering, washing and airing the obtained solid particles to obtain a granular adsorbent product. According to the adsorbent prepared by the method disclosed by the invention, the antibiotics in the water can be removed and the absorption efficiency is good; and the adsorbent also can be used as fuel, a fermentation substrate adjuster, or a nutrient source of special microorganism after being used. Therefore, secondary pollution is avoided to a great extent, and regeneration does not need to be considered.
