The detection method includes the following steps: giving a detection command, and generating basic electric energy data for detection; giving a terminal call command, and sending downlink data frames to the remote power acquisition terminal; analyzing the downlink data frames by the remote power acquisition terminal, generating downlink data and classifying and storing the downlink data; giving a master station call command, extracting corresponding data from the classified and stored downlink data, generating corresponding uplink data frames according to a data format of an uplink communication protocol and uploading the uplink data frames; analyzing the uplink data frames, and generating uploading electric energy data; and comparing the uploading electric energy data with the basic electric energy data, and generating detection results of the remote power acquisition terminal.
