The method comprises the following steps of: coating a lubricant on the surface of a duplex stainless steel wire for many times as well as carrying out drawing and solid solution treatment; and meanwhile, controlling the reduction ratio of drawing at each time and solid solution treatment temperature to finally obtain a duplex stainless steel braided hose product. The duplex stainless steel braided hose prepared by the manufacturing method is good in machining performance, low in cost, bright in surface and free from defects such as black yellow lines, drawing stamps, flaws, folds and warps. The mechanical properties are as follows: the yield strength is 460-560N/mm , the tensile strength is greater than or equal to 800N/mm , and the ductility is 20-30%. The duplex stainless steel braided hose has certain magnetism.
