Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to a substituted aromatic vinyl imidazole compound and application thereof. The substituted aromatic vinyl imidazole compound is shown as a formula I, or a salt thereof formed with a pharmaceutically acceptable acid or alkali (see details in the instructions). The invention conducts antimicrobial activity test of the provided compound on 7 clinical drug-resistant strains (including 3 G+ bacteria and 4 G- strains). Based on the results of drug sensitivity activity, the invention summarizes a structure-activity relationship of the substituted aromatic vinyl imidazole compound, and provides structural basis for further design and development of novel broad-spectrum drug for resisting drug-resistant bacteria.
