Communication method, system and device for anchoring mobile terminal

The invention relates to a communication method, a system and a device for anchoring a mobile terminal. An intelligent net anchoring entity can be used for installing anchoring information or cancelling anchoring information with a called mobile terminal according to installed called mobile terminal binding syntonic soft-terminal current state information, wherein the called mobile terminal is used for sending a binding syntonic soft-terminal to a service control point (SCP). The SCP is anchored by the called mobile terminal according to the information installing and cancelling. When a calling is launched by a dialing mobile terminal to the called mobile terminal and the calling routes to the SCP, the SCP can be used for ensuring that whether the called mobile terminal anchoring is installed or not.
