Frosted glass manufacturing method

The invention relates to a frosted glass manufacturing method. The method comprises the steps that: a glass substrate is provided, wherein the glass substrate comprises a surface needing frost processing; the glass substrate is subjected to first strengthening, such that a strengthened layer is formed on the surface inwards; the glass substrate is subjected to a sand blasting process, such that a frost layer is formed on the surface inwards, wherein the thickness of the frost layer is smaller than that of the strengthened layer. According to the frost glass manufacturing method provided by the invention, the glass is strengthened before sand blasting, such that a strengthened layer is formed. Therefore, cracks can be prevented from forming in the strengthened layer during the sand blasting process, and glass strength is improved. Also, with the manufacturing method, hydrofluoric acid etching is not involved, such that environment pollution can be prevented.
