A height adjustment mechanism and a suspension mechanism are integrated together to form the height adjustment mechanism and suspension mechanism integrated mechanical suspension system which is composed of the height adjustment mechanism, the suspension mechanism and a seat base, the seat base is fixed on the suspension mechanism, the height adjustment mechanism is arranged on the suspension mechanism, the suspension mechanism is composed of a suspension system and a rigidity adjusting device which is provided with two force reducing mechanisms, namely another lever force reducing mechanism composed of a swerving force reducing locking device, a linkage rod and a travel lever, the height adjustment mechanism of a seat and the mechanical suspension mechanism of the seat are enabled to be integrated into a whole, occupied space of the seat is reduced, and layout of a cab is optimized.
