Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to an adjusting device (1), which controls two independent adjusting units through a function control rod (2). The adjusting device is particularly suitable for vehicle seat for the purposes, such as setting backrest position and seat height on a same seat. For simplifying structure and controlling the adjusting device (1) more simply, the function control rod (2) is provided with two handles which are separated from each other, namely a first handle (3.1) and a second handle (3.2). The first handle and the second handle can respectively control a corresponding adjusting unit.
