The delivery transmission device comprises a delivery device of a transmission antenna and a transmission device of a receiving antenna, wherein both the delivery device of the transmission antenna and the transmission device of the receiving antenna are connected with a comprehensive control system; and the comprehensive control system is connected with a power supply device.
