Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a manufacturing method of a cationic starch modified calcium carbonate filler. The manufacturing method comprises the following step: (1) gelatinizing cationic starch at the concentration of 2.5 percent; (2) diluting a calcium carbonate filler to the concentration of 70 percent; (3) sequentially extracting the gelatinized cationic starch and the calcium carbonate filler into a modification tank which is unceasingly stirred at the speed of 30-45r/min; (4) conducting reaction for about 20-30 min; and (5) placing the modified calcium carbonate filler into a storage tank for later use. The manufacturing method has the advantages of increasing the paper strength, improving the printing performance, lowering the consumption of wood pulp and reducing the manufacturing cost.
