Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for enhancing soil fertility by prompting straw degradation with cellulase, which belongs to the technical fields of biodegradation and soil fertilizers. The method is implemented under a condition that the daily average temperature is 20-29 DEG C, and comprises the following steps of: (1) smashing straw into small segments of 0.1-8 centimeters to obtain smashed straw; (2) spraying cellulase onto the smashed straw; and (3) embedding the smashed straw onto which a cellulase solution is sprayed into soil. According to the method for enhancing soil fertility, the decomposing speed after straw returning is increased by using exogenous cellulase, negative effects on next-stubble crops caused by slow decomposition of straw are lowered, and waste is changed into valuable while the pressure of straw burning on the environment is relieved; and damages to the soil environment caused by inappropriate utilization of chemical fertilizers are prevented and reduced, soil nutrients are increas |
