By utilizing a network informationization method, real-time message technology and power grid dispatching running operation business process of dispatchers are combined to establish network informationization working process of whole set power grid device disconnecting (repeating) electricity operation business of making an overhaul application worksheet notice, writing an operation ticket, examining and verifying guadians, issuing operation preparatory order, publishing anticipated operation time, warning operation start, filling in operation standard time, executing operation, inspecting people who receive the order qualification inspection, issuing operation process, announcing operation accomplishment, counting factory station operation actual time, and assessing operation beyond standard time. Safety of power grid running operation is strengthened and operating efficiency of the dispatchers and spot operators on duty is improved.
