Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a refrigerant- mixing natural gas liquefaction device and a technology thereof. Each refrigerant feed pipe is connected with a refrigerant mixing tank (10) which is connected with a compressor (11). The compressor is sequentially connected with a splitter (12) and a refrigerant forward channel inlet of a heat exchanger (13). An outlet of a refrigerant return channel which is connected with the refrigerant forward channel of the heat exchanger (13) is connected with the compressor (11). A purified natural gas inlet pipe is sequentially connected with a natural gas channel of the heat exchanger (13) and a liquefied natural gas output pipe (15). The mixing refrigerant natural gas liquefaction device and the technology thereof have the advantages of simple process, high efficiency, low power consumption, low production cost, low operating cost, easy maintenance and overhaul, and light work load. Besides, allocation of the refrigerant is greatly simplified, the refrigerant component parameters is wide in the adjustable range, strong in adaptability, and rapid and convenient in adjustment, so that the entropy production in the liquefaction process is minimized, and the efficiency is improved.
