The preparation technique is characterized by comprising the steps of adopting 800-880 parts by weight of polyester and 200-250 parts by weight of nylon as raw materials, respectively slicing the polyester and the nylon, then respectively placing the sliced polyester and the sliced nylon in sieving materials, drying the sliced polyester and the sliced nylon by a fan, then respectively placing the dried polyester and the dried nylon in a hopper to be fused and extruded by a screw rod, intertwisting the extruded polyester yarn and the extruded nylon yarn into yarn by a composite spinneret plate in a composite box body, then cooling, forming and obtaining spinning and oil free waste silk, adding 5-10 parts by weight of an oiling agent and 40-60 parts by weight of water into the obtained spinning, standing for 15-20 minutes, stretching, winding, bundling, testing, grading and packaging finished products, and obtaining |
