Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a bracket of a flexible shaft and is characterized in that two protrusions are arranged on the upper side of a plate body and respectively provided with composite type grooves; two installation holes are arranged on the lower side of the plate body, and a cone-shape reinforcing rib is arranged on the middle of the plate body. By connecting the installation holes with a frame, simplicity is achieved; and by supporting a speed change manipulating cable though the two composite type grooves, simple production and a long service life are achieved.
