Device of recovering cyclohexane in production of polyol acrylate

The invention discloses a device of recovering cyclohexane in a production of polyol acrylate. The device comprises an exhaust inlet pipe (1), a compression cycle condenser (2) sequentially connected through a pipe, a compression buffer tank (3), a compression receiving tank (4), a total emptying condenser (5), an emptying separator (6) and a total emptying receiving tank (7). The device of recovering the cyclohexane in the production of the polyol (methyl) acrylate has advantages of reasonable structural design, convenient operation, high automation degree, reliable operation, good environmental protection and high recovery efficiency of the cyclohexane, wherein cyclohexane content in the exhaust can be reduced to be less than 5 %, and the recovery efficiency can be increased by more than 2 times as compared to a condensation method and a spray method. Meanwhile, compared with a cold water spray method, the device is small in occupation area, relatively easy to operate and relatively high in safety.
