Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a method for preserving seawater fishes through super cooling seawater. The method comprises the following steps: salt and seawater are added in a cold seawater storage warehouse respectively; a salt-water mixing pump is started to evenly mix the salt with the seawater to form a salt-water mixture; then a refrigeration system is started to cool the salt-water mixture to a range of -5 to -10 DEG C; the cooled salt-water is injected in a seawater preserving bin through a seawater circulating system; fishes in a fish hold are transmitted to the seawater preserving bin through a conveying belt; and fish bodies are cooled through the cooled salt-water mixture. The method adopts the salt-added cold seawater as a cooling substance for cooling the seawater fishes, and combines the cold seawater circulation with the multi-point temperature control technology to realize the precise temperature control of cooling medium, so that the freshness of the fish bodies is retained more conveniently, and
