The manufacturing method of the portable enzyme sensor based on the carbon nanometer tube provided by the invention comprises the following steps of: ultrasonically diffusing the carbon nanometer tube after being processed in steps of acidizing, centrifuging, cleaning and the like in a chitosan-acetic acid solution with the concentration of 5%; adding an enzyme into the solution, so as to form a carbon nanometer tube/chitosan/acetylcholin esterase sedimentation solution; and covering a carbon nanometer tube/chitosan/acetylcholin esterase composite material modification layer on the surface of a working electrode of a silk-screen printing gold electrode by using an electro-deposition method, so as to obtain the portable enzyme |
