The heat transfer surface is prepared by adding cupric sulfate main salt, PTFE emulsion, carbon-fluorine cationic surface active agent, and sodium citrate complexing agent and ammonium acetate buffering agent into nickel sulfate main salt and sodium hypophosphite (reducing agent).
