Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an aluminum-carbon light insulating brick which is mainly prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-75 parts of metallurgical coke, 8-12 parts of alumina hollow balls, 3-6 parts of floating beads, 2-4 parts of polystyrene foam balls and 13-17 parts of phenolic resin. The alumina hollow balls, the floating beads and the polystyrene foam balls, which are high-temperature resistant, high in heat-insulating property, high in strength and low in volume density are added on the basis of the original light carbon brick; and moreover, the characteristics of the polystyrene foam balls are utilized, the polystyrene foam balls are totally volatilized after high-temperature treatment without residues, and pores can be reserved in the aluminum-carbon light insulating brick, so that the heat-insulating property of the bricks is improved, and due to the material addition, the strength of the brick can be further improved. |
