The invention relates to a device and a method for grouting a prestressed concrete beam. The device comprises a base and a template used for pouring, wherein the upper end face of the base is provided with a bench; a steel channel is arranged on the bench; the opening of the steel channel is formed towards an inner panel of the template; a cloth inserted hose is arranged in the steel channel; and the diameter of the cloth inserted hose is larger than the width of the opening of the steel channel. The invention provides the device for grouting the prestressed concrete beam.
