The peach-apricot composite fruit juice beverage which is prepared from peach and apricot and tastes delicious. The peach-apricot composite fruit juice beverage comprises the following components: 10 to 40 percent of apricot juice, 15 to 30 percent of peach juice, 10 to 16 percent of solid matter TSS, 0.2 to 0.8 percent of nitric acid juice, 2 to 8 percent of medlar juice, 0.2 to 0.6 percent of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 0.3 to 0.5 percent of sodium alga acid and 0.1 to 0.5 percent of carrageenan.
