Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a red bayberry fresh-keeping method which comprises the following steps: 1) selecting clean and fresh fruit without damage and with good hardness and an appropriate ripeness degree of about 90%; 2) blending a preservation solution with a ratio of honey to water being 1:100-1:10; 3) soaking the fruit in the solution, and putting in a container; 4) performing refrigeration with a temperature maintained to be -2 to 2 DEG C. With the red bayberry fresh-keeping method of the invention, the fresh-keeping period of red bayberries can be increased to half a year; the method of the invention is simple in operation, and strong in practicality; the required equipment is simple. |
