The smart phone based on the android system is a touch screen mobile phone. The design method comprises the steps that an infrared emission module is arranged on the touch screen smart phone, wherein a circuit of the infrared emission module is connected with an input and output (I/O) port of a phone master chip, software arranged in the phone master chip comprise an infrared emission encoding program, a user defined interface program and an application package file (APK) program formed by a phone virtual remote control user interface (UI), and the infrared emission encoding program is preinstalled with various action commands of target appliances. When a switch of one of the target appliances is started, the APK program of the smart phone is started, a mode is chosen through virtual keys on an APK interface, and then a user can send one of the action commands required by one of the target appliances, |
