Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a motor drive device which is composed of a control unit, a soft start unit and an output unit. When external control signals are input to the soft start unit, the soft start unit produces an internal control signal and a switch-on initial signal; after the switch-on initial signal is produced, the control unit sends output motor rotating speed signals to the soft start unit; and after the soft start unit calculates the plurality of the motor rotating speed signals (FG), the soft start unit selects to output an external control signal or an internal control signal to the output unit to drive a motor to rotate.
