The automatic control system improves production efficiency, meets requirements for tatk time, reduces labor strength, does not need a rotating speed sensor, and is accurate in detection. The automatic control system comprises an industrial personal computer, a scanning gun, a server end computer, a discharging analyzer and a vehicle communication transit system (VCI). The VCI comprises a main control module, a K interface circuit, a controller area network (CAN) interface circuit and a power module.
