Detection method of medicament for treating coronary disease and stenocardia

The invention provides a detection method of a medicament for treating coronary disease and stenocardia. The detection method comprises the step of identifying a hawthorn extract in the medicament by adopting a thin layer chromatography, wherein the conditions of the thin layer chromatography are that the mixed solution of a solution A, a solution B and a solution C which are in a volume ratio of (15-25):(2-6):(0.1-1.0), preferably 20: 4:0.5, is used as a developing agent, wherein the solution A is selected from benzene, methylbenzene, dichlorotoluene, chloroform and diethyl ether; the solution B is selected from ethyl acetate, ethyl formate, acetone, alcohol and methyl alcohol; and the solution C is selected from acetic acid, methanoic acid and glacial acetic acid. The detection method has the advantages of high sensitivity, good repeatability, no interference from negative control, and strong maneuverability in the whole testing process, and can be used as one index for controlling the inherent quality.
