Zusammenfassung:A split bearing cage for a rolling-element bearing includes first and second axially spaced-apart side rings extending in a circumferential direction, wherein the bearing cage (10) is formed in slotted manner in the circumferential direction on a separation point between the first and second two bearing cage sections (13a,13b). A first projection (15) and a first corresponding recess (16) is provided at opposite boundary surfaces of the separation point, which is formed to fix the bearing cage sections in a direction, and a second projection (17) and a second corresponding recess (18) is formed at opposite boundary surfaces of the first projection (15) and the first corresponding recess (16) to fix the bearing cage sections(13a:13b) in two additional directions.
