The method sequentially comprises the steps of material selection, material preparation, mixed kneading, forming, cooling and roasting, an impregnating process is added before the material preparation process, and the impregnating process comprises the following steps that carbon powder materials and solvents are mixed to be made into slurry materials, then, calcined petroleum coke is added into the slurry materials to be impregnated for 1 to 3 days, the quantity of the solvents and the carbon powder materials is metered by adding 8 to 15g of carbon powder materials into 100ml of solvents, and the weight of the calcined petroleum coke added into 100ml of solvents is not greater than 80g. The method for preparing anodes provided by the invention has the advantages that the porosity of the anodes can be reduced, and the volume density of the anodes is increased, so the quality of the anodes is improved.
