The CPU (161) supplies an inversion carrier wave in which a phase of a carrier wave is inverted to the LF driving circuit (162) of an LF antenna (152) for a predetermined time after a modulated signal in which the carrier wave is modulated by transmission data is transmitted from any one of the LF antennas (152-1 to 152-p).
