Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a solar water saving device. The device comprises a hot water pipe and a cold water pipe both of which are communicated with one end of a mixed water pipe through mixed water valves; the other end of the mixed water pipe is a water outlet end; the side wall of the water outlet end of the mixed water pipe is communicated with a buffer water tank through a water current branch pipe; the water current direction of the mixed water pipe is controlled by an electromagnetic valve; and the electromagnetic valve is controlled by a water temperature control system, and is placed at the water outlet end of the mixed water pipe. Through adopting the technical scheme of the invention, when the water temperature exceeds the predetermined range or is lower than the predetermined range, the electromagnetic valve is normally closed, and water in the water pipe passes through the water current branch pipe to flow into the buffer water tank; when the water temperature is within the predetermined range, t
