The invention discloses a redundant start control switching system of a water pump. The redundant start control switching system comprises a switch, a power supply circuit of a main water pump motor and a power supply circuit of a spare water pump motor, and is characterized in that the switch is at least provided with two switching gears, each switching gear is in series connection with a pump stop water level joint and a pump start water level joint, the pump stop water level joints and the pump start water level joints are in series connection, each switching gear controls a relay, and an auxiliary joint of each relay is in series connection with a power supply circuit of a single water pump motor.
