The invention discloses a device for taking sponge titanium lumps out of a reactor. The device comprises a turnover device, a cutting device and a base, wherein the turnover device and the cutting device are arranged on the base; a turnover barrel body of the turnover device is arranged on a supporting base; the turnover barrel body is coupled with a turnover frame; a reactor holding device is arranged on the turnover barrel body; the cutting device mainly comprises a hydraulic system, a cutting barrel body and blades, wherein the cutting barrel body is connected with a pushing rod of the hydraulic system; and the blades are uniformly distributed along the circumference of the cutting barrel body. The device can be used for mechanically eliminating flaw-pieces when the titanium lumps are taken out, so that manual operation of a pneumatic pick is completely replaced, working time and labor intensity of the operating staff are reduced, and labor productivity is improved.
