Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to herbicide resistance protein, coding gene and application thereof. The herbicide resistance protein comprises: (a) protein composed of an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NO:2; or (b) protein which is derived from (a) by substituting and/or deleting and/or adding one or more than one amino acid from and/or into the amino acid sequence in (a) and has herbicide resistance activity; or (c) protein composed of an amino acid sequence with at least 90% sequence homogeneity with SEQ ID NO:2. The herbicide resistance protein of the invention is especially suitable for expression in plants, has wide resistance to herbicides, especially to phenoxyl auxin herbicides.
