The invention discloses a microorganism deodorant, which is composed of the following components by weight percent: 1-5% of bean pulp, 0.25-0.5% of yeast cream, 2-4% of molasses, 30-40% of yeast solution, 20-30% of lactic acid bacteria solution, 0.5-0.75% of spore bacteria powder, and 30-36% of water, wherein the bacteria number of the yeast solution is 1000-2000 million/ml; the bacteria number of the lactic acid bacteria solution is 1000-2000 million/ml; and the bacteria number of the spore bacteria powder is 8000-10000 million/g. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the microorganism deodorant, which comprises the steps of boiling, cooling, adjusting the PH value, stirring, fermenting and the like. The microorganism deodorant prepared by the invention has the characteristics of being good in deodorization effect, low in cost and the like and can be widely used for deodorizing animal manure and sludge.
