By adopting the null indicator, the method solves the simultaneity problem of quantity value comparison between vacuum or pressure standard devices, thereby eliminating the interaction effect between the devices when in comparison, wherein the uncertainty of measurement is small. Moreover, the method is simple, and direct comparison between calibrating devices is realized.
