Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for quantity value comparison between vacuum or pressure standard devices, belonging to the technical field of measurement. The device adopted in the method comprises a first air suction system, a first vacuum valve, a first vacuum or pressure standard device, a second vacuum valve, a third vacuum valve, a null indicator, a fourth vacuum valve, a second vacuum or pressure standard device, a fifth vacuum valve and a second air suction system. By adopting the null indicator, the method solves the simultaneity problem of quantity value comparison between vacuum or pressure standard devices, thereby eliminating the interaction effect between the devices when in comparison, wherein the uncertainty of measurement is small. Moreover, the method is simple, and direct comparison between calibrating devices is realized. |
