The system mainly comprises coke oven flue waste gas; the coke oven flue waste gas is connected with a mixer through a low-temperature waste gas flue; the mixer is connected with a high-temperature flue gas generator simultaneously through a high-temperature flue gas flue; a burner is arranged in the high-temperature flue gas generator, and is provided with a blast furnace gas pipeline and a combustion-supporting air pipeline respectively; the blast furnace gas pipeline is provided with a blast furnace gas regulating valve; the mixer is connected with a residual heat boiler through a mixed flue gas flue; and overheated steam is generated in the residual heat boiler through heat exchange.
