Zusammenfassung:	The invention provides a wind energy utilization device which is high in wind energy utilization rate, realizes the self rotation of wind blades when the wind blades rotate under pressure, is improved from a single type to a combined type and is low in cost and suitable for large-scale industrialized production. The wind energy utilization device comprises more than two identical gear boxes, wherein each gear box is provided with four wind blades, and the wind blades rotate under wind action so as to drive the inner gears and power output shafts of the gear boxes to rotate. According to the wind energy utilization device, a self-regulating plate which regulates with a wind direction is arranged, so that the wind blades can reach an optimal stressed position in time when the wind direction is changed to achieve the purposes of high efficiency and stalling; and a speed change gear box is also arranged, and a motor can achieve optimal revolution speed through the speed change gear box.
