Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for controlling the deformation of a 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb material cast blade. The processes of blade solution treatment, intermediate treatment, thermal calibration and aging treatment are reasonably arranged, and a blade is plastically deformed through a thermal calibration mode, thus, the deformation of the blade during a forging cooling process and deformation which is generated during the solution treatment and the intermediate treatment processes are corrected. Because the subsequent aging temperature is only 575 +/-10 DEG C, the residual stress is eliminated, the blade cannot generate large deformation, and the blade profile can be qualified. Before the blade is corrected, the blade dimension is not qualified, after the method is adopted, the blade can satisfy drawing requirements completely, the product quality is improved, and waste products are reduced. |
