Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for producing glycosylated puerarin by using immobilized enzyme. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) preparing crude enzyme, namely, crushing thallus at high pressure, and centrifuging to obtain a crude enzyme solution; 1) preparing an immobilized enzyme, namely, reacting the crude enzyme with the pretreated cellulose in a phosphoric acid buffer solution, so that the enzyme is immobilized on the surface of the cellulose, and the enzyme amount is 2-15mg enzyme/g wet weight cellulose; 3) preparing the glycosylated puerarin, namely, carrying out a conversion reaction on the puerarin dissolved in a reaction medium and immobilized enzyme under stirring conditions, wherein the ph of the reaction system is 3.0-8.0, the temperature is 5-50 DEG C, and the time is 1-24 hours; and 4) purifying the glycosylated puerarin, namely, performing double-column series chromatographic separation on the conversion solution, concentrating through a rotary evaporator, performing freeze d |
