Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for synthesizing a room-temperature cured polyurethane composite material for coating a solid medicine. The method comprises the following steps of: reacting a preliminarily dewatered polyether polyol or polyester polyol with diisocyanate to synthesize a terminal isocyanate prepolymer; adding modified packing powder, and uniformly mixing through a high-speed stirring machine for later use; mixing and reacting the preliminarily dewatered polyether polyol or polyester polyol, a small molecule chain extender, a catalyst and the modified packing in the high-speed stirring machine for later use; and mixing, pouring, curing, setting and additionally vulcanizing the two spare components. The room-temperature cured polyurethane composite material has the advantages of high fire resistance, high heat resistance and high ablation resistance. |
