Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a synthesis method of 5-chlorothiophene-2-formic acid. The synthesis method comprises the following steps: synthesizing 5-chlorothiophene-2-aldehyde by taking 2-chlorothiophene, phosphorus oxychloride and N,N-dimethylformamide as raw materials, oxidizing 5-chlorothiophene-2-aldehyde with dilute nitric acid under the catalysis of sodium nitrite, performing suction filtration to get a crude product, namely 5-chlorothiophene-2-formic acid, and performing recrystallization with ethanol to get high-purity 5-chlorothiophene-2-formic acid. The synthesis method has the advantages of mild reaction conditions, high selectivity, easiness in obtainment of the raw materials, lower cost, high yield and few three wastes. |
