Aluminium foil and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses an aluminium foil and a preparation method thereof. The method for preparing the aluminium foil comprises the following steps of: (1) melting and refining an aluminium ingot, chalybeate and an Al-Si alloy in a smelting furnace and then carrying out nitrogen bottom blowing refining and standing on molten aluminum; (2) adding Al-Ti-B wires into the refined molten aluminium and then roll-casting the mixture into a roll-cast blank with a thickness of 6.0mm; (3) carrying out cold rolling; (4) uniformly annealing; (5) carrying out cold rolling; (6) carrying out recrystallization annealing; (7) carrying out serial cold rolling; (8) carrying out serial intermediate rolling; (9) carrying out surface annealing and combination; (10) carrying out finished product rolling to obtain a double-layer aluminium foil finished product with a thickness of 2*0.004/0.0045mm; and (11) separating to obtain an aluminium foil finished product with a thickness of 0.004/0.0045mm.
