Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a soldering quality control method of a large-section copper strand wire of a turbonator. The method is characterized in that not only the section shape of one copper wire but also the electric conductivity and the internal defects of the copper strand wire raw material are required to be controlled; after the surface of the copper strand wire is descaled, the copper strand wire is preliminarily coated with tin, joints at the ends of winding bars and jackets are preliminarily plated with silver, the plating thicknesses are larger than 10 micrometers; an induction coil is adopted for heating, the heating power is controlled to cause the temperatures of the joints to reach the soldering temperature after about one minute and thirty seconds; the difference in temperature of all positions of the joints do not exceed 50 DEG C; and the welding is finished after heating for three times.
