Zusammenfassung:	The invention relates to a USB flash disk and SD card portable memory exchange control device. The memory exchange control device comprises a central processing module, a USB flash disk interface control module, an SD card interface control module, an input control module, an LCD control circuit module and a memory module, wherein the USB flash disk interface control module, the SD card interface control module, the input control module, the LCD control circuit module and the memory module are respectively connected with the central processing module. The invention also relates to a method for realizing the control of the memory exchange between a USB flash disk and an SD card based on the device. The USB flash disk and SD card portable memory exchange control device and its method enable files stored in the memory equipment in the USB disk and the SD card to be moved to each other without using an unhandy PC, especially without replacing the memory equipment when the PC only has one peripheral equipment inte
