The equipment comprises a main machine vertical shaft and at least one impeller, wherein the impeller comprises a hub, the hub is sheathed on the main machine vertical shaft, the hub is connected with a plurality of spokes, the spokes are distributed in a radial way, each spoke is respectively connected with at least one blade, and the corresponding blade can rotate relative to the spoke within certain angle range. The equipment has the advantages that the impeller can always rotate towards one direction no matter where the moving direction of the wave or the seawater is, so the continuous power generation is realized; the material selection is easy, and a larger diameter can be manufactured; and the energy of the seawater can be sufficiently absorbed.
