Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a high-conductivity aluminium alloy conductor material for cables and a preparation method thereof. The aluminium alloy conductor material comprises the following components by weight percent: 0.01-0.05% of lithium, 0.1-0.55% of iron, 0.01-0.03% of zirconium, 0.01-0.1% of cerium, 0.01-0.08% of neodymium, 0.01-0.08% of samarium, 0.1-0.4% of boron, 0.03-2.0% of copper and the balance of aluminium and not more than 0.5% of total impurities. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: firstly adding such three raw materials as aluminium iron alloy, aluminium zirconium alloy and aluminium ingots to a melting furnace, raising the temperature and maintaining the temperature; secondly adding the raw material aluminium copper alloy to a melting solution and maintaining the temperature to melt the aluminium copper alloy; thirdly adding such five raw materials as aluminium lithium alloy, aluminium boron alloy, aluminium cerium alloy, aluminium neodymium alloy and samarium to the melti |
