Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of polycarbonate which is prepared by using bisphenol A, phosgene, a molecular weight modifier and alkaline as reaction raw materials through an interfacial polycondensation reaction under the condition of no adding a catalyst, wherein the mol ratio of the bisphenol A to the phosgene is 1:(1.15-1.3), the mol ratio of the bisphenol A to the molecular weight modifier is 1:(0.02-0.05), and the mol ratio of the bisphenol A to the alkaline is 1:(2.5-3.1). The molecular weight and the molecular weight distribution of the polycarbonate are controlled through the adding quantity of the molecular weight modifier. The catalyst is not needed in the whole reaction process, and catalyst recycling and wastewater treatment are not needed, therefore, the preparation method has the advantages of low production cost, simpleness in reaction operation, convenience for control, and capability of realizing continuous and automatic operation. |
