Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-purity-graphite ultrathin membrane with high tensile strength and high thermal conductivity, and special equipment of the membrane. The thickness of the finished membrane ranges from 0.02mm to less than 0.2mm, the heat conductivity coefficient of the finished membrane is more than 400W/m.k, and the tensile strength of the finished membrane is more than 5.5MPa. The finished membrane is prepared from expansible graphite materials with an expansion rate being more than 500ml/g-1500ml/g and C being more than 99.9%, which are subjected to the procedures of high-temperature extrusion, material-gas separation, laying and flattening, pre-pressing for banding, heating, pressure-sizing for forming, side shearing and rolling. The thickness of the flexible thermal-conductive membrane is less than 0.2mm, the thermal conductivity coefficient of the flexible thermal-conductive membrane is more than 400W/m.k, and the tensile strength of the flexible thermal-conductive membrane is more than 5.5M |
